Welcome
Thank you for your desire to serve on the House of Freedom Worship Team. Worship ministry is more than singing or playing an instrument - it is a calling to minister first to the Lord and then to His people. Every team member is expected to pursue Christ, walk in integrity, serve with humility, and protect the unity of the ministry. 
Select from these areas you like to serve in on the Worship here at House of Freedom. 

As a member of the House of Freedom worship team, I commit to:

pursue a daily relationship with Jesus through prayer and His word. Live a lifestyle that honors Christ on and off the platform. Protect unity and avoid gossip, division, and offense. Submit to the spiritual authority fo the lead pastors and worship leadership. Arrive prepared, on time, and read to serve. Attend scheduled rehearsals faithlfully unless excused. Communicate scheudle conflicts as early as possible with team leadership. Maintain a teachable spirit and receive correction with humility. Serve with excellence while remembering worship is about God's presence - not performance. Support the vision and mission of House of Freedom. 

I understand that I am expected to:

Attend scheduled rehearsals. 
Attend Sunday worship service and assigned ministry events (may apply) 
Be a team member in roatation when placed on the schedule to serve on the worship team. 
Learn music before rehearsal so that rehearsal goes smoothly and timely. 
Dress modestly and appropriately. (Sunday best is strongely encouraged)
Demonstrate Christ-like character at all times.
Be dependable and faithful in my commitments.

I understand that serving on the House of Freedom Worship Team is both a privilege and a ministry. I willingly commit to serve with humility, faithfulness, excellence, and integrity. I will honor the leadership, protect the unity of the church, and strive to live a lifestyle worthy of the calling God has placed upon me. I understand that leadership reserves the right to temporarily pause or remove team member(s) from ministry if necessary for spiritual health, restoration, or ministry standards.
